Malaysian women are living their whole lives as second-class citizens as a result of Malaysia’s discriminatory citizenship laws. The right to pass on citizenship to their children should be the right of every individual as a Malaysian. The status of Malaysian women does not change solely because they marry foreigners or because they give birth abroad. 

It is time for Malaysian women to be treated as equal citizens. This fight is for all Malaysian women, now and in the future!
